OVERVIEW

DIGITAL ACTIVISM UNLEASHED:
Empowering change through strategic campaigning workshops

Discover the power of digital activism and transform your campaigns into dynamic forces for change in our comprehensive, interactive workshop series.

In today’s volatile landscape where budget constraints have become the norm, it’s more crucial than ever for those committed to social and climate justice to strengthen our skills and the impact of our work. To keep our fight alive and thriving, we want to empower our communities with new and innovative digital activism tactics.

We proudly introduce an immersive, 3-part workshop series designed to enable charities and cause-related organisations to master self-sufficient digital campaigning and confidently navigate an ever-evolving landscape. We’ll delve into the multifaceted realm of digital activism, each session strategically building upon the previous one.

With our 8-years experience in successful campaigning and digital activism for the likes of WaterAid, The Trussell Trust, WWF, WWT and more, we’ll share invaluable insights and learnings to guide our strategy. This series will shed light on the common hurdles prevalent within the creative campaigning landscape, create an interactive space for teams to develop and refine their campaign strategy ideas, using effective tools and techniques that have well worked for us over the years.

Hone your digital activism skills with our in-person workshops to keep our shared mission moving forward in this uncertain world.

YOUR WORKSHOP JOURNEY

Session 1: Digital Activism 101:

We initiate this journey with a comprehensive overview of digital activism. This includes guiding you from the initial stages of creative concept development to the successful implementation of your campaign. You’ll gain a firm understanding of how to cultivate original ideas and bring them to life.

Session 2: Influencer & Activist Support:

This session delves into the strategic alliances with influencers and activists, demonstrating their power to amplify your campaign’s reach. We’ll provide guidance on identifying relevant influencers, fostering meaningful relationships, and collaborating effectively to boost your reach and engagement.

Session 3: Stunts & Activations:

We conclude with a focus on creating and executing impactful stunts and activations. Learn to craft captivating stunts, plan successful activations, and utilise them as potent tools to draw attention to your cause and bolster campaign engagement.

Each workshop session is 2.5 hours. Sessions can be delivered individually or together as an all-day workshop.

ABOUT IF NOT NOW

We’re If Not Now, and we’re not your typical digital agency – we are digital activists, dedicated to inspiring change in our world.

We’re firm in the belief that we are living through a climate and social inequality crisis, and that every action we take as people and as a business has the power to impact the trajectory that we’re on. That is why every project we work on must help leave the world better than we found it.

We rip up the rule book. We fight the good fight. We cause good trouble. We hold people to account. We don’t greenwash. We say do better. We want less talk, more action.

We might be driven by our values, but we’re powered by our skills. And that’s what makes the stuff we do work.

Who we’ve worked with: WaterAid, The Trussell Trust, WWF, RSPB, WWT, Ecover, SHEvotes, The Zero Carbon Campaign, Galop LGBT+, SHE Changes Climate and more.
